We make another grocery run early this morning. And there were (nearly) just gray haired shoppers, and not many of them. Perfect! I never like to shop. I always want to enter a store....Find what I need....Get out! And the less shoppers, the easier it is, to do so.

Speaking of shopping, have any of you been looking for "rubber bands"? At least, that's what we always called them. If you have some small items, you want to keep together, you wrap a "rubber band" around them. I need more, and can not find them. In the grocery store section which carries such items. Nor on the Net. ???????????

I asked another lady, who was nearby, if she had seen this? She still has enough rubber bands, and had not. I said; "I wonder if the name, is *offensive* to someone? If it is a *micro~aggression* to say it?" She started laughing. I love to get in those little jabs, at the *Cancel Culture.* The *Woke Culture.* 😏 They show, the ridiculous lengths, to which the *Cancel Woke Culture* has gone.

Our delightful weather continues. Lovely days and cool nights. I enjoy it, but am not so naive as to believe, it will stay. Oh no! Hot weather will return! Usually after school starts!!!!!! LOL And after the pool has been closed.

So I am not tempted to put summer clothes away, and bring out autumn ones, yet.

And this is a non~perk of Autumn. Some hot weather, some cool. Needing different types of clothing. But we can just pop on a second layer. For now.

Does your weather change, in a neat way, where you live? 😏 I doubt it. But really warm climates, don't have that much change, so it's probably, not much of an issue. Like FL, where quite a few of my Dear Readers live.

Yes, our weather can change in an instant! What a treat it has been for me to slowly scroll down looking at these pictures. They are AWESOME! You always post the BEST pictures; you sure have my kind of taste! Each and every one is a beautiful surprise. Staples sells rubber bands. And Wal-Mart did the last time I checked. That should not be an item that the pandemic has affected, wonder what happened?
Such gorgeous art once again! I just bought rubber bans at The Dollar Tree, they had plenty. As you know not much change here Florida. I love the warmth most of the year but it just gets unbearable in the summertime. Enjoy your nice weather :)
Love the peaches..Yum..I have tons of rubber bands..They are very old and probably have dry rot..Amazon sells rubber bands..They sell everything
I ordered a whole potful of rubber band from Amazon a while back. You might look there.
I love the pictures, especially the first and last ones.
We go from summer to winter in November and winter to summer in April. We avoid fall and spring. That is interesting about not finding rubber bands. Hadn't heard of that shortage. I am with you about shopping. I like to get it done quickly.

I have not tried to find rubber bands..but now I want to look! Yes our weather changes...sometimes in the blink of an eye.
We had heat and humidity for weeks but now we have cooler days and nights. We may have a few hot days again but the cooler temps may be here to stay.
I’d be inclined to check at a dollar store for rubber bands. You may find some elastic bands for hair there which might suffice.
I hate shopping. In and out as fast as I can is my habit. I spend the least time possible in the stores!
Pretty pictures!! I like the ones on the previous post too--the fairy house. I'm definetly keeping my summer clothes out for now, we will be wearing those for a good two months more, sometimes longer. Our weather is often still hot in October and many Thanksgivings we are in shorts, sometimes even a warm Christmas has us on the beach barefoot, but not all, we have a few chilly Christmases too. I like Fall alot tho. and I'm more than ready for some cool weather......bring on the sweaters!
I thought I commented on this ystedsy... we are having a few cooler days too, but the heat comes back next week.

I always like the art / photos you share.
Our weather will start to change here too. We will have cool mornings and evenings and get warm in the afternoon. We tend to get more dry in the late summer and autumn too. But the last two years we have been wet during the Autumn season and we have all kinds of mushrooms.
