 These little girls are having fun, with the rain, but I am not.    So much rain...   Such a muggy feeling...  It feels like anything/anyone that stays still for too long, will grow mold on it/them.   Ughhhhhhhhh....

The WSJ newspaper says that  shoppers are returning to Walmart and to Target, in spite of the China Delta strain.   Would seem, that people have children returning to school.  They have to get them ready.   So, they are "living with" the possibility of the China Delta strain.

If people are *vaxxed*, or are young and healthy, this  seems the way to proceed.   

The opposite is to hide at home, perhaps lose their livelihood, if they are blue-collar workers, and live in fear.

I am not speaking of the last election, no matter what your views on that, are.  It is over.

But there will be other elections.

And meanwhile, there is daily life.

Where our Freedoms are under Attack.

Why do we celebrate Memorial Day? 

Memorial Day is considered a federal holiday in the United States in which we honor and mourn members of the military who have passed while serving in the United States Armed Forces. This is not to be confused with Veterans Day.

Please let us remember this...   While enjoying the First Weekend of Summer...

 A Military funeral.....  Low key......   Impressive.....  The passing of one of the last members of The Greatest Generation.....  Who fought for Country......   And always did his Duty....

 

To me, much of the Monarchy is archaic.....   But this display of, and reminder of, Duty.....   Is very much needed...  In this time.....   Where Duty is scoffed at....    Where History is being *Cancelled*...   Where only One View is allowed....    Where even gender, is denied....

Lives of Duty, are so needed, to be celebrated, as a reminder of past Values.....    Which should not be allowed, to be *Cancelled* or Forgotten...  Reminded of a time, when  Men and Women aspired to Be The Best That They Could Be.

Even in today's Horrible Climate, which is devoid of ladies....   Kate engaged Harry in conversation....  Thus leading to William and Harry walking together, from the funeral.....  And chatting, although this single photo, does not show the brothers doing it.......  If you watched the Funeral coverage, you saw it, for yourself...
