To me, early evenings are cozy, at this time of year.  Now is when Nature is putting the earth to sleep, for the Winter months.  So earlier evenings are natural, to me.   Cozy, with warm lighting, and something simmering on the stove, and comfy throw-blankets around on the furniture.  Candles maybe...

Now it's your turn!!!!   Please give your views, on turning the clocks back, to Nature's time.  And what goes with it.

So many cute Halloween images...  So little time....

My olddddddd floor lamp, by my chair, fell apart.  So, we had to go out early and find a replacement.  Did...  It sits in the car trunk, until a "Grandson" gets home from school and brings it in for us.  🎃

We don't get candy, or turn lights on for Halloween, any more.  No little kids in neighborhood now.  And it is not a neighborhood, where little kids are brought by their parents, to trick or treat. 🎃   So that's in the past.  🎃🎃🎃🎃    Do you have a lot of trick or treaters in your neighborhood?

After cloudy and shower-y days/nights, today the sun is out and blue skies too!  In fact, it is warm and rather humid.  Hard to know how to dress.

But tonight is supposed to be clear, and it will get cold.  With clear skies at night, the day's heat rises and dissipates and the temps fall.  More seasonal...

Ginny we got "Acorn" streaming and started watching "Doc Martin."  It's cute, and a respite, from "murder" on detective shows.  -smile-

 The trees and bushes and vines around here, are lovely.  So I tried to take a few photos.  But my camera isn't  working properly.   I haven't used it in so long, that I don't know *what it wants.*

So I'll just use the pretty illustrations which are numerous.  There are so many of them, that I could post 10 a day, and still not show them all.

Why not use my cell phone, for pictures?  Because I have not mastered it.  Nor do I know how to get them on my computer, if I take them.   It's just not a priority now, and I haven't taken the time to learn it.

I caught a glimpse of today's newspaper headlines...  Seems that *Ol Dementia Joe* (Biden) is *going off script* again.  This time, with "Nuclear Armageddon..."  

If he is as compromised as he seems, this Country should not have a man, with dementia, leading us and the Free World.

Last weekend, was the Wedding of our First Grand Daughter, to her True Love.

This topic, is probably a *repeat*....   -grin-  About changing seasons.

People are saying they are getting the 'feeling' that summer is fading and Autumn is coming.     Not I.    Not I.   Even though we get lovely bits of nice, sunny days and cooool nights, I know that the heat will return.

((((Oh mercy!!  Look at that picture above!!!   Isn't that delicious looking??????   I know I will sound pessimistic, but.....    If I tried to make it, it would not look like that!!!   LOLLLLLL))))

But someday....   That 'something' will be 'in the air.'  Everything will look a wee bit different.    And then I will know, that I feel as if The Wheel Of The Year is turning and Autumn is around-the-corner.

Change of topic.....    "Murder In Provence" is on BritBox and I just love it!!!   But there is only one season!   -sigh-  We watched it once, and later, I wanted to watch it again, which we did.   🌻🌻🌻🌻   The major players are fun at times, and the plots are good.   But part of the joy of watching, is the gorgeous Provence scenery.   Ohhhhhhhh!!!!!!  💛💛💛💛

As people who can no longer enjoy a glass of wine, because of health reasons, we love it that they are always drinking wine...   And preparing food (him)....   And eating....   😋
