I got out Autumn issues of my old "Victoria" Magazines. I used to do this, each changing season/month. But haven't done so, in a long time. One I looked at, I don't even remember things, in it! ~smile~ Imagine that?!?

See those pretty bolts of fabric? White with bright colors. Very un~Autumnal. ~smile~ I nearly made that picture, my Background
.
Really! A couple of days ago, I got tired of all the deep colors of Autumn. I did!!!! Imagine that!!!!!! And I put that (above) Background, on a "Test" blog of mine.
.
Then Sunday I got sick with suspected exposure to Gluten. Even had to go to Emergency Room. And after all that *horrrrrror*... I am not putting the above fabric, as a Background here. I don't think I have the energy to do so. LOL My blog will carry on, with White Background, and Autumnal pics.

Oh I am so sorry you got so ill! That's what can happen to me if I eat sugar...I have NO tolerance for it and it makes me pass out. I hope you are feeling much better. Take it easy and read these good magazines! Hugs!
I also keep the magazines I like, but ... we moved two years ago, and then I had to put away of a large part of my magazine collection! I am still sad!
Indeed, the pieces of fabric are very beautiful!
Do you get sick if you eat something that is not gluten-free?
So sorry to hear you had to make a trip to the ER. I hope you are feeling better now!
I'm so sorry you were so sick! Being sick anytime is bad but especially now. Take care, please!
I saved all my Victoria magazines for 12 years, putting each month's collection out. And then one day gave them all away. So wish I'd saved the Autumn and Christmas ones.
Oh MY! How are you now? So you have Celiac Sprue? And after you have eaten gluten, what can they do for you in the E.R. to help? Here, if you have to go to the E.R., the stay is usually at least seven hours. Another question, what kind of magazine is this? I thought maybe about the Victorian era, but they don't look like it.
I love it when summer suddenly collapses into fall. I'm sorry you were sick.
I hope you are totally recovered now.
I am ready for the autumn colours now. The vibrant greens of summer are spent and so am I.
That does not sound like fun...with the gluten. I hope you get your energy back. I do like those fabrics...but I never grow tired of autumn colors.
I so love the quotes you share at the end of each post.
Oh no!!---are you feeling better now, I hope??? Love that new header up there.......love pretty magazines!!
I hope you are feeling better today. I remembered that you wanted to see my red sofas so I'm showing them off in my post today. Wish you were here....I could take one and you could take the other and we would watch something good...like Anne of Green Gables. Sweet hugs, Diane
I am so tired of summer and ready for fall no matter what colors. I am a fan of fall colors in the trees. I hope you’re feeling better.
I hope you recover quickly!
I love looking though my old issues of Victoria magazine! So much inspiration!
I hope you are feeling much better now.
The magazines look inviting - I could sit down and read each one of them :)
Hello,
I hope you are feeling better.
I have been MIA this week. Busy with the garden, harvesting like crazy. And I planted some cool crops that like our autumn temps in the greenhouse, lettuce, kale and spinach.
Take Care dear friend,
Carla
I'm so sorry you were so very sick. How terrible and unexpected. I hope as you read this, you are back to 100%. Victoria certainly was a beautiful magazine and how clever of you to keep them. I love the Oscar Wilde quote. xoxo
I am so very sorry to hear you got sick and do hope all is well now? On the lighter side those fabrics you have shared are very pretty. I also have looked through the magazine, lovely shares in there.
