Out my kitchen window...

It is snowing, but again, can't capture it with my little camera.  But it is a quite pretty view, with everything snow covered.   Truth In Blogging: 😉  I had to clean the window, before I took the picture!!!!!!   And so glad I did!!!!

Am I the only one, who can look at dirty windows, for days and days, and want to clean them, and still not do so????  It is a terrible habit!!!  -sigh-sigh-sigh-  Perhaps, the new Joy of looking through this one, will actually get me going, to clean more.   It really isn't an awful job.   Why is it so hard to get started????

Please share something, which you "want" to do, but don't seem to "get around to doing."   "Misery loves company!"  😔

I'm getting the urge, to make an outer background, on my blog, of this.  A gingham pattern...  It is deep winter, and this reminds me of a warm, country kitchen, with red gingham curtains at the windows.   😊  If I do, it will be far to the outside of my blog page.   Unless you read on a computer, you may not even see it.    Phone screens are pretty narrow in scope.

 

I don't care for Blog Backgrounds, which compete with the pictures and words, on a blog.  Our words/pictures are the main focus of our blogs.  I like to make them, very easy to notice and to read.

Never thought I would be a fan of Emmanuel Macron!!!!!

But as the heading says, he is going after "the Woke."  ~~~  "Classical Western values such as free speech and tolerance need all the defenders they can find these days, so kudos to French President Emmanuel Macron for volunteering for the mission."   ..............  "It’s a message American Democrats and progressive academics missed as their woke fixations prepared the ground for Donald Trump’s rise—and they miss now as they fail to speak up against the censorious progressive mobs in the media, Silicon Valley and Hollywood. Mr. Macron is performing a public service by trying to make classical liberal values a bipartisan cause."

Sooooo, why are Democrats allowing, and joining in, on this Get Cuomo Campaign?  I don't know, of course.   But I suspect, it goes right to the Top.   ~~~~~~  Cuomo seems to want to be President.   Logically, Biden will not run again.    And "The Powers That Be" would seem to want black, female Kamala, to be the Dem. candidate.    ~~~~~~    Cuomo has been useful, so far.   His ego and determination have worked, for the Dem. Party, in NYS.  But!!!   I think "The Powers That Be" might not want a candidate, with a strong self will.  Such a person, does not usually follow orders.   ~~~~~~     So what better opportunity, to eliminate him, than this COVID-19 Nursing Home Scandal, of his own making?

All the above, just speculation, of course.  I have no inside information.   I'm just a Grandmother, unfortunate enough, to live in his State.
