Two books, among others, I now have out, with Kindle Unlimited. ... I am still in my Free Month. To try it, to see if it will be worth it, to me. And it is. ~~~~~~ It's like a library, for which you pay $10 a month, when you have Prime. I am finding books I would like to read, Downloading them, trying them, Returning them if I don't like them, Downloading more... You can have 10 books "out" at a time.
No driving to the library. No set return time. No worry about any left-over germs, from other borrowers. 😌
Do you have Kindle Unlimited? Have you considered it? NOOOO, I am not getting any compensation, for saying this! 😀

Breathe
By Leo Babauta
"Breathe.
If you feel overwhelmed, breathe. It will calm you and release the tensions.
If you are worried about something coming up, or caught up in something that already happened, breathe. It will bring you back to the present.
If you are moving too fast, breathe. It will remind you to slow down, and enjoy life more.
Breathe, and enjoy each moment of this life. They’re too fleeting and few to waste."

My son has Kindle Unlimited and enjoys it. I have so little time now (new job) that I think it would go unused. But he loves it and gets his money's worth. Even buying one book a month regular-cost would pay for it!
You always give us such fun tips! The books look good, and I do belong to Amazon Prime. And this website seems to have something for every situation! I think I will make it a desktop icon.
If you don't breathe...you're in trouble...
Hello!
Thanks for the link.
I am going to head over there now.
Reading brings me such joy!
I do have Kindle unlimited and reading one right now. I'm thinking about cancelling it though because there are so many free books you can download. You can download books from your library too.
There is much wisdom in the sentence, “Just breathe.”
HAPPYONE:
I too have been getting Free & 99cent Kindle books, for some time. But I was having a hard time, getting these, which I really enjoyed.
I would keep seeing books, I _really_ wanted... But which cost money, and they were available on Kindle Unlimited. So, I finally (I take a long time to *consider*!!! LOL) got my Free Month. And am enjoying it.
I still download ones, I find, I don't enjoy. So I just Return them, and get more. So, for me, I am enjoying it and will pay for my 1st month.
We each do, what works, for us!
Why pay $120 a year when you can get free books online from libraries, etc.
HOOTIN'ANNI:
Because...
1) I'm old and it's not quite so easy to hop in the car, and go to library, and pick up books.
2) I'm old and it's not quite so easy to hop in the car, and return books.
3) I can get a bunch of books, from any venue, and not like a lot of them. From library, I have to drive down, and return them. ~~~~~~ With Kindle Unlimited, I just Click Return. And select more books.
4) My eyesight is not as bad as my husband's, who can not read even Large Print books anymore, and has to use his Kindle...... But it is a lot easier, to read books, by making the print the size I prefer, with Kindle.
Thank you for asking. It's a valid question. And I had not thought to deal with my reasons, in my post.
ANNIE:
I can not get the free library books, on my Kindle. I need some sort of an app, and I am not techy enough, to deal with it.
Plus, free library books are on a wait list. Just like real books can be on a wait list, at the library. I do not like to wait till a book, is available. I like to get it, when I want it. -smile-
There, I finally answered your question.
Good book tips.
