Mari has the cutest idea for an Easter Time kid's project. "Peep Houses"..... A simpler 'take' on Christmas Time Gingerbread Houses. But more doable.

I washed and dried the bedding. And we had the bed remade, by noon time! Now this is an "exciting thing". LOL It is usually evening, before we get the clean sheets back on the bed, after being washed. I said, if we could drink, it would deserve a drink!!!! πΈπ·πΉ

Have you had Lemon Curd? I haven't gotten it in a long time. But I rectified that situation, and am glad I did. Oh my but it is yummy..... π At one store, I am able to get these G/F 'Breads'. They are Banana Bread, Lemon Bread, Vanilla Bread. Having the Vanilla one now, and spreading it with Lemon Curd is......... Well, just try it!

Do you clean out your dryer's lint filter, now and then? Believe me, you should. A couple of years ago, we had to have the whole lint/filter/hose thing, replaced. And even with a new one, my husband checks it, now and then. Like today, it had a lot of lint in the screen, which is at the end of it, where it ends, out doors.

And in the winter, the lint which collected on the little outside screen, had gotten wet and was almost a 'solid thing'. Not good of course. Please do check, where your dryer air vent, comes out, on the outside of your house.

Vanilla bread! Wish I could try it, I have never heard of it. Also, I thought you had to make lemon curd, and did not know you could buy it! I adore the bunny on the musical score. Going to check the air/furnace filter now!
Love this artwork! Very much.
No french kisses here!
No, never had lemon curd.
I like to wash my sheets and put the same ones back on too. Did that yesterday but didn't have the bed made till 2:00.
Don't have a clothes dryer so don't have to check for lint!
Thanks for the dryer vent reminder.
The lemon curd looks so good! I didn't know you could buy it like that. I bet it was so good on that bread.
Masks! They do require a good screaming song. :)
I actually cleaned my dryer filter yesterday!
Good for you for having the bed made so early. It's always late at our house too.
Fun art here today!
I have not tried lemon curd but I see the Dickinson's brand all the time at the store! I should get some because it sounds delicious.
Mari's craft ideas are always adorable!
I change the lint filter in the front of my dryer every time I use it. The apparatus that leads outside, it's tough to get TG to take that seriously. I will mention it to him again.
Don't get me started on mask mandates. Just best not to. xoxo
I love lemon curd, although it's far too long since I enjoyed any. I might need to rectify that this week :)
I adore lemon curd! I have an easy to make recipe if your interested.
The little peep houses are so cute! My granddaughters would like those.
I've rolled my eyes, gotten frustrated, and then just laughed at the new cdc director this week. And JB. After all, we can't lose control of the people now! We must make them feel as if they are going to die if they don't mask up!
Sigh....
I forgot to say how much I LOVE changing the bedding early in the day!~ I can't abide having to put clean sheets on a bed when all I want to do is GO to bed! Haaahahaa we pirates be needing our creature comforts ... xoxo
Hello,
I LOVE jumping into a bed with fresh clean sheets. I plan to hang my bedding out on Saturday. Spring Fresh! :-)
Love, Carla
I absolutely love lemon curd! I never buy it though because I can't leave it alone and eat it by the spoonful!! I love all things lemon actually! I am in the habit of cleaning the dryer lint filter every time I put a load in the dryer! Been doing that for years!
Lemon curd...delicious!
