Daffodil Dreaming..........😊😊😊😊😊

Whoooo-Hooooo....   I wanted to have a Daffodil

Yellow Background.   So that means, a simple Daffodil,

on a white background, long enough, not too wide.

And that's not easy to find. -sigh-

Then when you find one, you have to size it.  If the

pic is huge, you have to figure out, what length and

what width, is needed, to fit nicely, as your

Background.   I got it, to look nice, on the old blog, I

use for trying things out.

Then, I put it on this blog, and it is not so perfect.

-sighhh- But by then, I was tired and fed up with

 trying.  LOL

Soooo, it is as it is.

By the way, we had a snow squall this morning.

We may put daffodils on our blogs, but that does not

mean, that Spring is really and fully here.  At least in

some parts of the world.

"She wore her yellow sun-bonnet,
She wore her greenest gown;
She turned to the south wind
And curtsied up and down.

She turned to the sunlight
And shook her yellow head.
And whispered to her neighbor:
"Winter is dead.""

GREAT poem by Milne! Our daffys are all up and nodding in the warm breezes. We have some cooler temps coming up this week, however. Perfect for walking! The pollen has begun to cloud the air and coat everything with neon yellow. I don't enjoy the pollen-ness of the coming days, but it is necessary. I think your blog background looks fantastic! xoxo

Such an absolutely beautiful sight here today, my friend! My mother's kitchen was yellow daffodils when I was young! Seeing them always makes me happy.

I remember reciting that poem in sixth grade! We also recited Browning's short piece with "the lark's on the wing, the snail's on the thorn" lines, I always loved memorizing poems. I think the daffs look very nice on your blog! Blogger is so tempermental!

I love that poem...and I love the look of your blog...it may not be what you had in mind, but I see nothing wrong with it.
