What say you...? 💮

Funny old stats....  When I have a somewhat controversial topic, the number of my Readers goes UP.  But how do they know, the post is controversial?   Oh I suppose I have a Subject Line, which tips them off...

💮 💮 💮 💮

Sooooo, that seems to mean, people prefer to read things, with a "bite".  Rather than something, about a 'soft' topic.  Even though, most of us say, we prefer our "Pretty Blog Land," to be just that...   Soft, pretty, interesting~but~not~hard~topics, etc., etc., etc.

💮 💮 💮 💮

So, who is reading the controversial topics, and driving my Stat numbers up?  Is it just the people who surf and never stop to leave a comment anyway?

Or...
Or....
Or..... Do we, who profess to want just peace and quiet in our Pretty Blog Land, actually enjoy a wee bit of fuss and contention, now and then??????   😉

I admit, I surely do.

What say you....?

"Controversial' as we all know,

is often a euphemism for

'interesting and intelligent."

I like things quiet and calm myself. But we do gravitate to the controversial depending on our interest.

I'd like to color all those pictures you posted. : )
Don't mind reading once in a while about controversial subjects but not a daily dose of it. Most times you are never going to change anyones mind and it just makes people angry.

What a puzzle! I think a lot of people are looking for something to get themselves worked up about a bit!

Controversy is in the eye of the beholder..Some people are just looking for trouble.

Yes, I do enjoy a bit of fuss now and then but I also like to keep blogland in a semi-peaceful state. But it still depends on the person to consider what is controversial and what's not.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Have a lovely day.

I quite enjoy a good intellectual discussion about things that some consider controversial. We can each have our own opinions - it doesn't mean we have to try and change everyone else. Unfortunately, some people seem to think they have to complain about anything that doesn't fit in with their personal ideas.
