I am tired of feeling damp. Because everything I touch, feels damp. And tired of no sunlight. Tired of greyness. Tired of all clothes and all washed items, feeling damp. Even when dried.
I really, really need an attitude adjustment!

They're going to do what they're going to do and there is not one thing that any of us can do to stop them ... except to vote them out. Which, is a feasible solution until you realize that the privacy and efficacy of the ballot box is no longer sacred.
I love rainy days. I associate rain with some happy times in my childhood (one in particular) but mostly, I think it's because I enjoy weather drama. I do not like driving in rain, and I wish nobody had to, and I wish that those who do would slow down. But although I love a rainy day at home, I understand your feelings. Even I long for sun when the rain has stretched on for days on end (which rarely happens here). I know that you will find your sun in something! xoxo

I don't mind rain... in moderation. But endless days of gloom & wet can be depressing, for sure. It's due to rain off & on all week here in northern most Indiana but the temps are cooler & for that I'm grateful. It's usually in the upper 80s low 90s this time of year around here which means I'm stuck in the house... and that can be depressing for me too.
As far as politics go, I've always said "Be careful what you say about the 'other side' ... cos as soon as you say something about them, your own side is going to do something stupid & you'll have egg on your face." They're all crooked... each and every single one of them... I don't care what side of the aisle you're looking at.

Rain comes, in torrents, two days no rain and flooding..then hoards of blood sucking mosquitoes. And lawn mowing again. Kinda like our government...trim 'em down to a well manicured lawn & weed 'em by voting.

I think the Cuban people are showing us THEY WANT FREEDOM and that is found right here in the USA!!! LET US KEEP UP THE GOOD FIGHT FOR FREEDOM! We hopefully can VOTE this lot OUT!!!! Of course, if the elections are not rigged.. again.
Well, the temps are lower. That's a good thing. I wish we could send some of this extra rain to the parched western states.
I like rainy days but not a whole bunch of them in a row. I like walking in the rain!!
It's a good day to read or get some cleaning done. Love to sit on the porch when it raining.
It's suppposed to rain here the next two days too. I love the smell of a rainy day, I love hearing it hit the roof. But it does get old when it keeps coming down.
I don't trust a thing that this administration does. I saw an article today that talked about the country being in trouble because there are so many people in office that don't like the USA. Think of how many of them talk down about our country. So sad - and they are the ones voting in this type of thing!
I’m not a fan of multiple rainy days but we have bouts of them. I busy myself with indoor projects and wait. Not much help I know!
It is wet and damp here too and will be for the balance of the week. Only positive, I do not need to water the garden.
A GORGEOUS header today!!! I love rainy days for sleeping! And they also force me to slow down when I need to.
Honestly, its been such a long time since we have actually had a full day of rain. Perhaps this past winter. Living in a desert, would like the occasional days of rain to fill up our reservoirs, etc :)
But generally I do like sunny days more than rainy days.
The global tax is not a good idea. I don't remember which ones, but several small countries are not in favor of it.
