Jane Powell has died.
I have loved all her films. Films, that anyone can see, without worry. -smile-
Here is a click-able link, to one article about her.

Sad. OH, the mottled color of the leaves in your header!!
I really don't remember much of her at all.
Oh I hadn't heard that. She was pure class.
I saw that the other day. She was such a ray of sunshine in her films (well, the ones I saw). May she rest in peace.
So sorry to hear this, she was a favorite actress of mine, as I enjoy old movies.
Thanks for visiting me at my blog and for your sweet comment, I too have noticed so many of my friends have left Bogland and have gone to other social medias, I am on instagram but prefer blogging..

Awwwww....In my preteen years I wrote to the movie stars and was sent 8 x 10" signed b/w photos of special ones. (Maybe the agents signed them?) When I got married in 1955 I left them all with my parents. Now I have no idea what ever happened to them! I had many and Jane was one! I probably could name some of those who sent back photos even today. Charlton Heston was one of my favorites and Rita Hayworth was too. Even today I love watching Fred dance.
She danced as well as Fred, on heels and backwards! Amazing!
I've seen her movies and have enjoyed them.
She was really adorable! I’ve seen many of her movies!
She was such a talent, and so cute. I loved her in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. RIP Jane xoxo
