πŸπŸ‚πŸ Of Autumn πŸπŸ‚πŸ

Yesterday, we had John come and check the house, to make sure it is mouse-proof.   He made it so, last year, and we had no problems.   So I wanted to have it checked again.

πŸπŸ‚πŸ

We don't do much planting anymore, so there isn't much clearing out to do, in gardens.    And the pots of flowers, are still happily blooming.

πŸπŸ‚πŸ

In fact, our weather is quite nice again.   Sunny and warm in the day, and cooling off at night.  -happy sigh-

πŸπŸ‚πŸ

Thank you for all your comments on how you are preparing for the coming Winter, in "your neck of the woods."

πŸπŸ‚πŸ

I wanted to share a couple of delightful Autumn Candles.  This "Autumn Kitchen" above, is sooooooo yummmmmmy!  We are enjoying it!!!!!

πŸπŸ‚πŸ

And I have had "Autumn Pumpkin" before, and happily, she is still making it.  Have to order one today.
πŸπŸ‚πŸ

I love these candles, since they are made of soy.   Thus, they are healthy additions to our household.

Thanks for referring the candles. I'm looking for a good pumpkin scent and I only use soy candles.

Enjoy your Saturday!

As always pretty graphics. Yep, this is the time of year for everything pumpkin spice ( look forward to egg nog showing up in stores)...healthy? Not so much.

You wonder if our house can be roach proofed for a year like your mouse-proofing?

The weather sounds perfect.

Love the photo of the house. It even has a clothes line. :)

I love your header shot and poem!
The weather here is quite beautiful right now. I hate to think of the cold weather coming.
I love the Leaves Candle from Bath and Body Works. I'll have to check out your picks.

I need to treat myself to a new candle for the autumn. I have no need to mouse proof, however - Mog sees to that! X

Love Autumn scented candles although I have to admit I am tiring of pumpkin spice, it's everywhere and in everything!

Love that header photo. Great choice.

I’ve spent a few bits of time at the garden. Not finished yet but it is looking good.

You will probably laugh at this but when we were up north a few weeks ago, one house that hosted an event smelled so WONDERFULLY of apples. There was not a candle burning anywhere, so I asked the hostess how she achieved that subtle but beautiful apple smell. She laughed and said, Renuzit air fresheners (you know, the cones that you lift up to reveal the gel) in Apple Pie and Apple Cinnamon! She had one in every room. I had not even noticed them! So now I have them in many rooms of my house too, and when people come in, they sniff they air and smile and say how beautiful of an apple smell permeates the air! My favorite candle is Pumpkin Spice at Walmart, less than $5 for a 22-oz. jar candle xoxo
