It's not so cold today, but the frigid nights we have been having, are "wearing".... Makes it hard to remember, that I am a 'Daughter Of The North.' -grinnnn-
❄
It's ok, snug in bed. But hard to get heat up, during the next day.
🔥
Unless you keep it up, at night. And even then, it goes down, during the night.
❄
Soooo, I am enjoying these illustrations, of mice, being snug and warm.

And I guess, this is why.....

Our house is so funny. Our thermostat can be set at 68 and we get too cold. So we bump it up to 69 and it gets too hot! One degree difference! Same thing in summer with the a/c. It's so hard getting things *juuuust right*, isn't it?😜
Love the illustrations.
We have a gas fire place which works so well we have to turn it off after just a little while. House is also new and very well insulated!!
I look forward to turning back the thermostat this spring.
Lots of layers! And I like a cup of hot tea for sipping AND for wrapping my hands around for warmth. I hope it warms up for you soon. Lovely, cozy illustrations.
The older I get the colder I feel these days. Thermo set 72° day, 69° night. Never warm enough! Winter woes BUT Spring will be here soon I hope, and then old bones will be happier. One day at a time......
As long as there is sunshine outdoors (here),I feel comfy.
Awwww the little mice are so cuuuuuute!!! Oh how I love snuggling under my covers at night. I keep the house cool, so I'm always ready for the warmth of that snuggle. No heat is allowed in our bedroom; it is the coldest room in the house, year round. I love it that way and TG puts up with it. I just want to get all of my warmth from my covers, and from TG's strong back. xoxo
