Here is the Corned Beef Dinner from the diner. A lot, we couldn't eat all of it. And I couldn't eat the Irish Soda
Bread, because it is made with Gluten. 🍀 I enjoyed this Irish Dinner, once. But once-a-year is plenty, for me.
When I went to take the pic of the dinner, I found pics on my camera, from a bit ago, when we had snow. The sunset little bit of the sunset I could see, was lovely. Pink and beautiful, against the new snow.
So even though our snow is no longer with us, and spring seems to have arrived, I just had to post the pictures. 😊
I found pretty photos, on "Fireside Cottage" Tumbler. Under a hashtag called #grandma core. 😊 They are delightful.

Corned beef and cabbage was standard fare when we were growing up. Not any more sadly.
That looks like a lovely dinner. Glad you enjoyed.
The top picture is so pretty and you know I love the snow pictures.
It was a very Spring like week here.
Have a wonderful Friday!!
Grandmacore! That's a good one! Your diner food looks amazing! I would definitely eat that! Love your snow pics with that bit of sunset. Gorgeous!
Lovin' that antique teapot. Reminds me of my grandmother's from long ago.
And those sunset pictures are the most beautiful I have ever seen ...seriously.
I ate too much yesterday. Still not hungry.
Not a fan of corned beef and cabbage.
The sunset looks lovely through the trees. Beautiful photo.
Love your header picture. I best get mine changed. :)
Your yellow post is divine, and so cheerful! The flowers look like Cosmos. The dinner looks so Lucious, my mouth is actually watering. So you have celiac sprue (gluten intolerance)?
The snow pictures are very pretty, but I'm ready for more flowers like your header!
The vintage tea pot reminds me of the wallpaper in my grandma's kitchen when I was a little girl in the 1960s... I loved her kitchen, red and white. The snowy sunset photos are gorgeous! I would eat everything on that plate except the beef! Now I want cabbage lol. I think I need to grow some in the garden this year.
I love your snow pictures - the trees almost look like they are on fire :)
Your snow/sky/sunset/color shot is beautiful! That looks like a huge meal to me. I love cabbage cooked down with ham too.
That does look good and looks like a lot of food! The sunset picture is pretty in spite of the snow!
I don't think I've ever eaten corned beef and cabbage. It was not a food served in my childhood home. Lovely to see the pretty snow, but I'm sure you'll be happy to bid it farewell for a few months, until next winter.
