Grey yesterday and rain last night, but luckily, we do not seem to have lost all our pretty leaves. Yesss!!!! And how much more perky one feels, when you wake to sunshine, rather than to grey skies!!!! -smile-
Finished "Revenge" by Tom Bower.
Not an easy read, since she (Meghan) is so awful.
And he (Harry) is such an entitled whiner.
I believe it, because they have not sued the author.
And they "love" to sue.
Has anyone watched Prime's "The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power"? Is it terribly hard to follow the story line, I wonder? Those EPIC programs, seem to me, to be almost *work* to watch. But I may be wrong. -smile-
Above, sweet illustration of picking apples. I need to buy some and make my husband an Apple Pie, with my homemade crust. He doesn't like any other, because he only wants to eat my crust. -smile-
I haven't done any Autumn decorating, or even Halloween decorating. This year, it seems too much work, to get my little bit of decorations, down.... -sigh-

I always have more motivation when the sun is shining. Rainy days are for napping or movie watching.
I love the pretty art you've shared today. Fall colors are so pretty!
I always enjoy the art you share. My favorite is the last, how dear to have mama holding her little one walking home, and the other little fella holding a stick, reminds me of my boys.

First, of course I LπVE your profile icon!!!!!
Then, that last photo today (my favorite) brings joy to my heart. Charm, warmth, and a perfect Autumn day.
Your husband sounds like Bud..."only your crust will do"! Enjoy that lucious pie!!
Your photos are rather magical today. Favorite is the first one. YES, we watched the first episode of Rings. But I have not felt compelled to watch the rest! I may just ditch it. True Tolkien fans are up in arms, saying the story line is an insult to him.
Sunny days are best!! :)
Love all the illustrations.
Haven't watched Lord of the Rings but did read all the books.
There is an apple orchard west of us which didn’t lose its apples due to Fiona. There is apple picking in our future!
You always find the best art to share! It's been raining here too and thankfully the leaves have hung on. I hate when they just get pretty and then get blown off.
I will have to look for that book.
Thank you for commenting on my blog so I could find your beautiful blog.
Eating my apple a day and happy sun is shining. Thinking positive thoughts. Save a piece of the pie for me!
My son has been watching Rings of Power and been very critical. He is a Lord of the Rings fan and is quite disgusted with the new series (although he has still been watching it!).
I love that your hubby thinks your apple pie crust the best in the world. What a wonderful husband!
Have a great day :)
Love all the artwork -especially the apple picking and the pie on the windowsill to cool. Brings back memories.
It is still rather warm here in Florida...and its sort of funny to see things decorated for fall here. Have a beautiful week, friend.
Always better when you wake to sunshine! It's very hard to stay motivated when the sun doesn't come out!
Fall colours are always delightful, and I agree that waking up to sunshine makes one feel much more energetic than waking up to grey.
That's so sweet that your husband only wants to eat YOUR crust!
I just love these beautiful images. Sunshine makes me smile. I always feel that autumn leaves look much prettier against a blue-sky backdrop. X
I love Fall colours in the sun.
