Nope.....🐈 🐈 🐈 🐈

Nope, not gonna' get another cat.    Nor borrow one.    But these cats, pictured here, look as if they have the 'attitude' for getting a mouse or two!!!!    ~grin~
.
🐈
I called the same service which rid our son's home next door, of bats, last fall.    And he remembers our house.    Being as it's a half century old house, he feels it will have many points of entry, to be taken care of.    And he is coming, to look.
🐈
After doing that, I looked up on line, the topic of "What to do until the Exterminator comes...?"  kind of a topic.  And it brought me to information on how/where mice access a house.   Yikes!!!!!!!!!    Double Yikes!!!!!!!!!
.
🐈
I mentioned the cooler nights we are having in this area and he agreed, 'critters' are looking to get in.    I figure they don't know the 'weather report.'   That heat will return.    They only know nights in the 50's.
🐈
He said he will soon be getting lots of mice~in~house calls.   Glad I am ahead of the rush.
.
🐈
I think, in some places, this has already happened...  😏

Calling the exterminator is probably easier than getting a cat, although that first kitty sure could handle the job! Hope it's all taken care of soon. Have a great Friday :)

Nope. Not a 'cat person' ... which probably explains why I'd be afraid to close my eyes around the models you've chosen. Hope your mouse issue will soon be a bad memory!

This was a real good idea! Lot us know what he says and does. When is he coming?

Can you set traps in the meantime?

Oh yes. We had a mouse issue in one of our previous homes. My cousin was able to find where they were entering, and I couldn't believe it! Ugh!!!!! Anyway, have a lovely, cozy weekend!

I don't know what I will do when we don't have a cat any more...I have vowed to not get any more because we are of an age where things happen plus we could die and leave them for the girls to deal with. But we never have mice problems till we get without a cat. But even then it is has always been just one or two. But that is bad enough.

I hope the exterminator can get the job done soon.

We’ve caught two mice in the generator house. Hope it wasn’t a big family! Good luck with yours!

New cat owner here -- I've had Sweetness the Tuxedo Cat for just over a year -- and I'm sure she'd love to encounter a mouse. But (knock on wood) so far we've no mice in the house. But there's a first time for everything! Good luck with sealing your house for the fall! xoxo
