Saturday... We watch the Horse Racing Meet where Jose and Irad Oritz are jockeys. Order in a pizza. After the races, we watch "Keeping Up Appearances." Then "Midsomer Murders." Then "Death in Paradise."
🍂
"Vera" follows. This was pretty gritty for me, but he has never seen it. So we will watch tonight. 😊

"To mask or not to mask, that is the question...." Or it has been. By now, I think most people have made up their minds, about this.
🍂
We wear masks in public. I know that not all Dear Readers here, do believe in it. But I'm just going to share a recent experience.
🍂
I had to have an adjustment on my bottom denture. Everyone knows the very bright light, which shines on your face, at the dentist. I was simply talking to him... About the adjustment. And I saw a droplet of my spit, pop right out of my mouth! In the bright light, it was very, very visible.
🍂
I was just talking. I was not shouting, laughing, singing, talking animatedly in a gathering, coughing from a dry mouth, or any other mouth action. And I saw it come out.
🍂
I am a wearing mask in public believer.
🍂
Because I really want others, to wear theirs.
🍂
Now I know, that most of us, do not feel we are contagious with the Wuhan Virus.
But...

I am a believer in wearing the masks and wish everyone would. It's a matter of science not politics. I hope you have a great weekend :)
We wear masks if others are wearing them in the stores. We leave some in the car just in case. It is good to be prepared. I have a few in my purse now too.
Pretty fall pictures! Phoenix has a mandate that masks are required in buildings. I wear one as required for work when walking around the office. While seated at our desks we can have them off. I reluctantly wear them but obey the mandate. However I rejoiced in wearing one last Sunday to go to an in person church service, the first one since this whole mess began. Not our home church, they have not opened yet. But one that has opened and gathered together for about 6 weeks, following socially distancing and mask wearing etc.

Well, wearing a mask is really about caring about other people, and protecting them. I just read that the CDC says not to go to the dentist for regular checkups, only if you have really necessary work (which you did). Your photos are absolutely gorgeous! We loved Keeping Up appearances, and have seen them all. Death In Pardise & Vera are not on tonight, so I was unable to check them out.
I wear a mask 98% of the time...have went in to grab something a couple times when I forgot mine. I generally leave a couple in the car. I don't want to be responsible for someone else getting sick. But I do not get upset if I see others without it.
We wear masks too.
Tell me about the shows you watch? Are they on Acorn?
Happy Saturday!
We always wear masks when we go to stores or any where we are in public and around other people. At school, I will wear N95 masks and face shields. Glad you are wearing your mask too!
Mask wearer here!
I believe it does serve to protect us, and also serves as a reminder to keep aware that these times are different for now.
Lovely photos!
Have a cozy Sunday.
Fortunately our grocery store requires we all wear masks. That makes us happy!
I think it's inconsiderate not to wear a mask in stores or anywhere in public where people are around. I have to question whether people I see out walking in open air with no one near is really necessary. I loved Midsomer Murders, watched it twice through on Netflix. Watched all the free episodes on Acorn of Vera I could. Loved her! Wish I could get more free seasons of Shetland.
VERA is my new obsession! I absolutely love that show. I have seen all episodes of Midsomer Murders ... also Inspector Lewis, and Endeavor. I can't get enough of British detective shows. xoxo
