I was surprised that some Dear Readers were not familiar with the 'Brambly Hedge' books. I am so happy, that I introduced them, to these delightful stories and characters.

I have a couple of beautiful teacups with this on them!
LOVE! Have a nice afternoon, my friend.
I am one that had not heard of them! They are just adorable, and remind me of Beatrix Potter's drawings. We have read all her stories. the cake is amazing! Did you make it? What are the bodies made of, fondant?
Thank you for sharing. :-)
I'm so glad you introduced me to them too, as my two youngest granddaughters will love them I am sure. It's one of the joys of blogging to meet so many lovely folks, and find out what they know. Bless you my friend. xoxo
Oh, these are just precious! And I LOVE the sketch in your header. Thanks so much for sharing!
Again, you make me smile. The cake is looks incredible. There was a time a mouse in a cake was a bad thing. Lol.
Beatrix Potter was a wonderful artist, writer, illustrator, naturalist and conservationist!
I love his work!
At first I thought it was the hundred acre wood from Winnie the Pooh. I will have to look more into Brambly Hedge. We used to read Frog and Toad but not Brambly wood. It looks like a wonderful read.
Oh I dearly LOVE Brambly Hedge! They have the sweetest books with cute illustrations and of course there are all kinds of tea cups and saucers you can find. I may put a book on my wish list...my birthday is coming up. Thanks for reminding us of a very sweet group of characters! Hugs!
Delightful! Thank you so much for this cheery post. I love it!
I adore Brambly Hedge!
