We "jumped the gun" on Spring! Yesterday we went for
our first Ice Cream Sundae of the season!!!! 😋 We
go to a place, about 20 minutes into the country. It
is a large dairy farm, which has a large store. Sells
all-things-dairy of course. Plus other items. We got
frozen chicken thighs, which are in the Crock Pot, for
today's dinner.

And they are "Locally Famous" for their Ice Cream!!!!!
All kinds of special made ice cream flavors! Their
Sundaes are super!!!!!!! Plus they have a large area,
with small tables, always spaced apart. Where you
can sit to enjoy your Ice Cream.

Outside they have rocking chairs, to sit in, while
eating your Ice Cream. It was a bit too windy
yesterday, so we sat inside.

We have a couple of ice cream places around here that are like the one you mentioned. They open here on Memorial Day.

What a wonderful way to celebrate spring. I haven't had ice-cream in months. I would have had many if we had that dairy farm nearby.
Here's to ice-cream in the warm sunshine in one of those rocking chairs. Won't be long now!
