Have you noticed? We have more sunlight, of late... Evenings are longer... Twilight lasts longer...
That's because it is nearly the Longest Day of the Year! Th Summer Solstice.... which will occur on Sunday June 20th, according to The Old Farmer's Almanac.

This illustration, and my present Header, are of "Midsummer Night Dream 1915Puck Poster Print by W. Heath Robinson"... And 'Puck' brings to mind, 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. Midsummer Celebrations are not held on the Solstice. Midsummer Day this year, is June 24th. And the traditional celebration of this, is held, the Eve before. Midsummer Nights Eve, which will be June 23rd.

Yes, I have noticed. I've been waking up earlier now that it is light out. Nice to be able to get my whole walk in when it's light out! :)

Ahhhhh the Bard! Can't beat him on any subject. And summer, what a delight. But soon, too soon ... *sniff* ... the days will begin getting shorter. That makes me so sad. So I think it's time to do summer things, faster, faster! Splish splash! xoxo
I have noticed it! Sunrise comes about 5:18 a.m. and sunset about 7:40 p.m. We endure summer here in Phoenix :)
