This morning... 2 washings done... White and bedding... By 20 of 10AM... For me, this is good. 😉 After more rain, the sun is trying to come out... No rain on radar... Just "no~rain", would be lovely!!!!

I want to find a book, on these bookshelves!!!!! ✨ But meanwhile, I have been reading "The Night Hawks".... 13th book in the 'Ruth Galloway Series.' Needless to say, I love this series. And "The Passenger" by Lisa Lutz.

You had an early productive morning!
The second painting reminds me of the old nursery rhyme song "The Teddy Bears Picnic". Remember? "If you go out in the woods today...
You did well by 10:00! I like the art you shared today!
These pictures are delightful.
I'll have to check out the Ruth Galloway series.
Good morning! Sounds like a very productive start to the day. And I'm with you on the need for "no rain". We're getting it daily, also. At least everything is green. But the bugs!!!Love the pics! Hope you have a good day!
I LOVE the picture of the bookcase. That color pallet is my favorite. Glad you had a productive morning. The rain has finally stopped here. It is supposed to be sunny all week.
You and I are alike!
I love getting a load of wash going in the morning.
Makes me feel as if I can conquer the world!
Now I am on the couch sipping coffee.
Have a wonderful day, my friend.
These pictures are exactly what I needed, they are so colorful! We really noticed how few sunny days we had the last few years there. I hope that trend changes for you, quickly. Nice laundry work! 🌻
Well you are on fire today! We have "your" rain now ... you know I like rain so I'm not complaining (I have been reading all day too), but my flowers are practically destroyed from it. They look bedraggled almost to the point of giving up! I think the sun is returning tomorrow afternoon ... but for now, sprinkles, with thunderstorms on the way! xoxo
OOPS I forgot to say, I ordered three new books today, from Thriftbooks! Two true crime and one biography. Like you, I look forward to many more days of doing practically nothing but reading (interrupted mainly by household chores ... I just changed the bedsheets, started laundry, and did several things in the kitchen ... there is no end to it). xoxo
Lazy days of summer are good for reading a good book! Too bad sometimes chores get in the way :)
betty
Those images are so pretty. The sun is still shining here. X
