Speaking of doing the washing, as I was yesterday, what I usually do is........ Put a wash in, near bed time. Our bedroom is right next to the bathroom/laundry, so we could hear, if anything went wrong. Then, first thing when I get up, I put it in the dryer. And it is all done, early in the day. -smile- Somehow, it feels as if, I have gotten an early start, on the day. 🔆✨🌄✨🎵🔆

This morning, there is an Air Quality Alert. Sooooo, something is making our atmosphere 'messy'. Very, very rarely do we get an Air Quality Alert, up here in the North Country.

I heard on the radio that the smoke in the north is coming from wildfires in Canada! It sure did make the moon look orange last night!

Yes, it is here, too! And the sun is also orange and pink. And I have the photos to prove it, which I will post sometime this week. We have the smoke from the fires out west, you can actually see the haze. Also coming from Canada. The moon shot is awesome! And your header is so soft and lovely.

We didn't notice the moon, but the sun as it was getting low on the horizon was very orange! Now we know why!
We have had a Air Quality Alert for the past few days, and when the sun is low in the afternoon sky it looks orange. The smoke is from the wildfires.

I think we're far enough down that it's not reaching us yet. But I imagine if the jet stream shifts we might get some of the effects down here in Georgia. Love that clothesline pic!
We have a lot of days here with poor air quality. Guess because we are in a valley. We have lots of fires going in the state too which doesn't help either. We need a good rain storm to help both the air quality and the wildfires.

When the wind comes from the continent we get smoke from the wildfires, but this year, so far, we have had none. It's likely to change at some point, but in the meantime we are enjoying our clear air.
Wow that is amazing, the wildfire smoke making the moon look orange! I wish I could have seen that! I have not looked out at the moon in recent days but tonight I'll try and remember to take a peek. Our laundry room is next to our room too but I don't think I can hear anything once our door is closed! But I often do the same -- put a load in at night and move it along in the morning. Seems the laundry is never done, even with just us two. Have a wonderful day, my friend! xoxo
