Finally! Sunshine!!! And warmer temps!!! After days and days of coolness and rain and dampness and.... Ugh..... This sun is so, so, so welcome.
It's been too cool and rainy, to swim. But yesterday, after a game of wiffle ball, the "Grands" and friends got in and swam!!!!! Imagine a 4th of July, without a swim party? Unthinkable! -grin-

I'm still having fun with Making-New-Blogger-Work-For-Me!!! 😊 I make my Header, to the size it should be (1073 width), to take up my whole Header space, on my blog, with the blog width, I have set. At this Header width, the pic can not show, to-the-left.
And I used the same picture, set to 1800 width, put in my Blogger Backgrounds place. Thus, my Header and Background are the same photo, from the Net.
I don't know if any of this, makes any sense. You would have to have "played" with Blogger Setting some, to understand this.
I have been "playing" with Blogger Settings for years and years. So these are now easy for me. And I am using them, to defeat New Blogger's Header *Crap-O-La*. Heh, heh, heh....

Well, I could never figure out about the width setting. I had tried it long ago on background, and was unable to do it. I know I would mess it up really bad. YOU are an expert, and so cool to be helping others with this! Your header and background are SO gorgeous!! So simple, yet so beautiful. I am wondering if you have a background in the arts.
My blog is very plain-jane... just as I like it. So I guess I'm unaware of blogger's changes, which is just as well. I'm not a techno-savvy girl... don't even have a cell phone. But I'm glad you have them mastered, if that is your heart's desire. ~ P.Jane (aka: Andrea) xoxoxo :-D

I have never changed out my blogger pics as I figured I would make a mess of things. So, yay for you! I really like what you did today.

Good for you, persevering until you figured it out. And how wonderful to have sun and swimmy weather! Ours is finally hot too, although still not quite as warm as it could be for this time of year. But it's summer and I love summer! xoxo
