So I hear you!!!!!!!! Don't start so soon!!! LOL How simple is that?????
Soooooo, here comes November. 🎃 I had considered grouping November, in with the Autumn months of Sept. and Oct. But for me, November has a very different vibe than the preceding Autumn months of September and October. 🎃 November has much less color of course. It can be rainy and cold and windy.... 🎃 Nope, got to come up with a very different "Look" for November. The 'bridge month,' from now, to Christmas.

darkness took on a special feel because it was All Hallows' Eve." ~Ray Bradbury
"We make up horrors to help us cope with the real ones."~Steven King
If human beings had genuine courage, they'd wear their costumes every day of the year, not just on Halloween.~Douglas Copland
Shadows mutter, mist replies; darkness purrs as midnight sighs.~Rusty Fischer

Loved the last quote.
And for me ...here we still have Indian summer days. Warm mild and beautiful. I fill in with Thanksgiving mostly, 'til December.
The cute ghost picture reminds me of Casper the Friendly Ghost. :)
It was raining here too this morning and yes, I did get up and go walking. :)
I really love all of those quotes!
I love the nice large size of your header, makes it easier to see the details as well. It is so cute, and matches your background so well. I LOVE the house with lighted windows and pumpkins in front! That is my favorite.
All fabulous quotes!!
One that I also like is "My boss told me to dress for the job you want and now I'm sitting in HR in my Wonder Woman suit."
I get tired of Christmas..It's already in the stores..Like your header..
I'm not a Halloween lover. I decorate for Fall instead. However, the things you share are cute, not scary.
I agree that November is different. I can't believe it's almost here!
I'm late to the party but I just took down my "October" decorations today, and made them all autumn/Thanksgiving. I don't "do" Halloween but I like cute decorations of skulls and I do have a bird skeleton in a cage (Cassius Crow), and a large old-timey horse-drawn hearse (minus the horses) that I use in my tablescape for the month of October. It's mostly cute stuff and not hard-core scary. But I am always ready to put it all away as I did today, in favor of my lighted autumn leaves and my two-tier tray groaning with pumpkins and sunflowers and so forth. I'm ready for Thanksgiving! We even already bought our turkey in case there are shortages! xoxo
