❓❓ Question... ❓❓

Deep Winter...    Days are short and nights are long, and it is a perfect time to hibernate....   To take time to listen to our inner voice....   To find what, about ourselves, we wish to continue, and to find, what about ourselves, we wish to discard.....   To r-e-s-t....

It can also be a time to make plans for living a more healthy lifestyle.     Does anyone want to join me, in so doing?

Now...   Those who already live a healthy lifestyle, need not reply.   -grinnnnn-   Other than to cheer us on.   LOL

And I don't mean to plan to exercise for 6 hours a day, or never eat another cookie in our lifetime!

I mean, ponder what would be a good lifestyle for each of us.    And put it into effect.

Anyone?

❓❓ ❓❓ ❓❓ ❓❓ ❓❓ ❓❓ ❓❓❓❓ ❓❓ ❓❓ ❓❓

I think the best thing that I do for a healthy lifestyle is taking my morning walk. I recommend it for every one. :)
The best of luck to you in the changes you hope to make.

My husband took me into a healthier lifestyle last spring. So much easier when the both of us are involved. Lentils, quinoa, beans and rice have replaced most red meat. Portion control is a thing now too. We quite enjoy eating this way now which is strange. However they say your tastes change as you age.

Strange you should post about this, as it is something I have been thinking about the last few days. I'll be interested to see what else you post :) xx

Just being able to put one foot in front of the other is fine with me. Keeping in contact with friends is important too.

I should say count me in, but right now I know I would not be committed. But I wish you success.

And Happy New Year!

Eat what you enjoy. Just in moderation is the key! And move some every day! Even if it's just to take a 10-15 minute walk! Keep active and you'll stay active! Happy New Year!

Yes I want to join you! I will be happy if I can manage to make myself take a half-hour walk every day (weather here is not an issue) and stop eating bread and sweets! Sounds easy but it's not. xoxo
