Pretty sunset, after gray skies all day, with 'Snow Globe' snow conditions. Also, very, very cold.
Did you ever hear it said, that it's too cold to snow? I have, but it may just be a local "saying." But if it's true, that might have been the case here, today. It stayed very cold. Perhaps that's why we only got a enough accumulation, for a dusting. ?????

You and me both - I want snow too - we don't even have a dusting!!
It is true here. It can be too cold to snow. I like those times usually.
We got the snow - big storm Sat into Sun and another big one predicted on Wednesday. And it was 18 degrees here when I left for work. You can have my snow. :) :) :)
Your blog has a wonderful frosty look today. And I like seeing your back yard, it is very nice! My favorite quote is your first one; now I will dream of falling stars and snow.
Well that is more snow than we have had. My mom always said it's too cold to snow.
I have heard that saying all my life. I like all the quotes you gave.
This year is different in many many ways. Several not good, but a few are.
Well that is certainly frustrating! It was just shy of 80 degrees here on Saturday, but now it's finally cold ... but we won't see snow. We hardly ever do! You'll get some soon enough I'm sure! xoxo
I want snow too! We are forecast some for tomorrow, but it is often a huge let down.
I've also heard that saying. X
Yes...I lived in Colorado for five decades and with many below freezing winter days it can be too cold for snow.
I'm back from my blogging break and posting again. Happy 2022!
