Just discovered the Art of Lisa Aisato.
Isn't her work, delightful...???

And now....
From the sublime to the ridiculous...
When we had our A/C wall units checked, before summer....
We got talking with Mike, about how no one wants to work.
And the fact that all businesses need workers...
He said that (our miserable, dumb) New York State still is doling out money, to non-workers!!!
All they have to do, is say that they are "still impacted by the pandemic," and they are given $$$$$$
OUR TAX $$$$$
Because New York State is one of the most Liberal, 'Woke', trying to be Socialist states in the Country.

...and this is a reason (one of many) why we left NY. That and they pay illegals, and the illegals get all the benefits. ANYWAYS, lovely artwork. I hope you're having a beautiful day.
She IS both sublime and kind of ridiculous...maybe whimsical instead? I have not heard of her, she is fabulous! What smiles you have given me! These little white flowers are so sweet, and are really in the spirit of her art! You have for sure knocked it out of the park today!
Interesting art..I do not like the first print. I like the second and last one you shared, the second print would be my favorite.
Thank goodness you can find some beauty to look at, to combat some of the apparently silly/stupid decisions that so many in officialdom seem to be making these days.
I adore the art you chose! Especially the first & last.
What lovely artwork. I have never heard of her. Thank you for sharing.
This world is in a sad state that is for sure.
People not wanting to work seem to be all over the place.
So many businesses have help wanted in their windows.
Her art is whimsical and makes me smile, thanks for showing me. I know a place here in California that used to have five restaurants and coffee shops, and now has no restaurants or coffee shops after it was decided by the building owners that all workers must be paid $25 an hour. So all the restaurants closed because that is not sustainable. So in that case overregulation killed jobs.
I love the art - especially that last one!
The whole worker situation is beyond ridiculous!
Does Lisa Alsato do boys? You know, snips and snails and puppy dog tails. I have no respect for people, who are able, who won't work for their own living. Shame shame!
