Follow Up on last post----About curtseying, I meant, I do not do that, to Anyone, no matter What they Represent. No one is in any way, better than I am.
Trying something entirely new here. I am on my tablet, where i check my instagrams. But am composing a new post, here... on my tablet.... Without pictures of course. Not yet knowing how to grab and post pics, with my tablet. But I can do that, next time I'm on my computer. Whoooo-hooooo! Another accomplishment!!! 🤗 Not huge, but each one counts.Yesterday (when I wrote this part) we got a front door knob-closing. Had to do a pretty good walking-jaunt to get to that section of the store. And then back again. Back in car and drove to the flowers department. Went in there and did more walking around, searching for some flowers. Needless to say, the good "pickin's" were getting slim. Everyone else probably got theirs, weeks ago. No tuberous begonias for the front pot, but got some smaller ones and they will have to do.Got some different colored flowers for the patio pots. And came home. We did a lot of walking! 😅 And took a good afternoon nap!!!!Today, bank drive-through, library, and groceries. The driving tires me out. Have to be watching for crazy drivers. -sigh- My husband can not drive, due to lack of vision. And I'm not a "spring chicken" any more! 🐥 I see another nap coming. 😏 How about you? Do you find driving, "takes a lot" out of you? Or are you still a "spring chicken"? 😊🐣😊✨

Driving is okay so far for this not so spring chicken. A nap sounds about my speed.
LOVE the picture of the squirrel under the mushroom.
I think the curtsey is more a sign of respect than they thinking they are better than others.
Driving doesn't tire me out and I like to drive. Don't care for night driving in the rain though. Now that we live up here and there's not any traffic, don't like city driving.
I still like driving.
I'm impressed you did this on your tablet - you are at least part Spring chicken in your tech skills! :)
I love the pics you shared today!
I have not been a Spring Chicken for quite some time. And driving makes me so nervous! Good for you, this is such an accomplishment! I have not done it yet myself. I love your pictures today, especially the squirrel under the mushroom and the little mouse eating wheat.
It depends where I am driving. Around here there are fewer cars on the roads but often we get farm vehicles or animals (Don't get me started on cyclists :)) When I drive anywhere unfamiliar I'm left feeling wrung out. Xx
Haha, I think I qualify more as a Tough Old Bird! Driving long distances is quite a challenge now, and so is walking long distances. Enjoy those afternoon naps, you've earned them! :) xx
I love the photos. My favorite is the girl with the book open. Love it.
I don't like long car trips any more even if I'm not driving. Sitting in the car for more than a couple hours makes me crazy even with a good book. I used to love it.
I gave up driving after my husband died a year ago. I never did much anyway because my right shoulder does not move sideways, outward nor upwards, and I felt myself to be a danger to others. Sold the car. Wonderful neighbors assist me with everyday needs. My sweet little buggy gets me out and about with no problems but I do stick close to home.
I tend to enjoy long drives. I often listen to audiobooks while I drive and before I know it, I'm right where I want to be. I like the images that you shared in your post.
I have nothing about driving. I am 82 years old, your adorable pictures bring back so many memories of the time life was decent and sweet. My time in this world, is almost up, but I do remember when we all were BETTER off with little money, good friends, and we did what work we had to do.. a Long time ago. We lived thru WW2,survived, and here we are today.. Just saying
I do all the driving here...roger lost a part of his vision with the stroke. I miss being able to take drive by shots where I actually compose shots, etc. My little point and shoot i hold up and snap and get a few decent shots...when there is not traffic...but that is not often and there are so many photos that are a mess.
HA, a nap sounds like a really good idea, grin. As for driving---yep. I drive Mon-Fri 17 miles to work one way. We were out and about all day Friday (had the day off) and Saturday and yes, it was tiring...especially in this heat and humidity.
Driving doesn't bother me too much. It's better when I'm driving longer distances and not stop and go all the time. My husband drives Uber Eats which I would not be able to handle!
I don't mind driving as long as it's not too stressful. I do not like to drive at night. More and more I find that I would just rather stay home if TG cannot drive me! But he is always happy to drive if he's available, which is most of the time. Yay for afternoon naps! xoxo
