It's a beautiful summer day, so far.  We went to grocery store early!    And came home to have our coffee/decaf.  Delightful to get errands done early.    Actually, as summer progresses, it will be more like absolutely necessary, than just delightful.

Our city is a "Summer Destination" and when out-of-towners fill the streets, it is not fun driving.

Well, it's not fun driving at all any more.   So many cars!    So many unknowns to deal with.   (Like "Will he really turn here?"  "Watch out for that one, weaving in and out, of lanes!"   "She's going to run that Stop Sign!"   Etc.)    Ughhhhhhhh...

After having followed a few Instagrams on 'The Royals'...   I love Catherine and William...  Watch Meghan/Harry for *Drama And Circus*, as I saw one person put it.  LOL

I'm going back to pretty English IG's.   I especially love tiny English Gardens as they call them.   Here, we call them Back Yards, with grass.   And the places, where we grow food or flowers, we call the Gardens.

In tiny English (back yards) gardens, they often don't have grass to mow, opting more for paving stones.   In these tiny spaces, a place to sit and not many flowering plants, make a pretty display.   Add a spring flowering fruit tree, for some shade....

The tiny size makes it more easy to take care of.  And not that many plantings, can make it delightfully *faux-crowded* and lovely.

All Instagrams are *Eye Candy*.  😊  No one pictures anything, which is not pretty.  And some, are over-the-top pretty.   Soooooo...   All Instagrams are *Eye Candy*.  😊

Do you agree?

My great great grandmother had an English garden that was amazing. I'm slowly trying to create one but it isn't that easy especially when you have a husband that doesn't know the difference between a weed and a flower and "was just trying to help". lol

I enjoy English Gardens too. We have our garden set up very much like an English Garden.
Thank you for the eye candy. :-)

What a colorful and delicious splash of color in your header! Makes me want to bathe in strawberry! I love these tiny gardnes, they are a cute refuge. I can never remember the British term for gardens! What is an IG?

Your photos are superb!! But, I don't do Instagram, Twitter, or fb. Just blogging...that is more than enough time in the day spent online for me.

Love those photos you selected for this post.

I have always liked getting errands and cleaning done first thing in the morning. (After my walk of course)

We live near a summer vacation destination too but it is not all that crowded. Colder than what most people like for summer.

I love English gardens!!!

Don't have an instagram account.

I love Instagram for the beautiful photos. I have a public account so I get followers whom I wish wouldn't. Men with private accounts so I have no idea what they want to follow an 88 year old for. These men need to get a life... are you bothered with that. I just block them!

I post on Instagram and love to see other's works. Looking at what others post is part of my morning computer ritual. If someone I don't know makes a comment I block them. Always on guard there. The English gardens are pretty but I don't want one - do like seeing them, however.
