πŸ’›Going silentπŸ’›

 πŸ’›

I wanted to, and did, post about the early September Wedding of our Granddaughter, before posting this.

 πŸ’›

Life was still more smooth then.

πŸ’›

I am the full time care giver for my husband.  And have my own health issues.   Thankfully I have the advice and support of our two sons!!!!

πŸ’›

But I can no longer blog, as I always have.

    πŸ’›

After my Dear Blogging Friends have been able to read this post,  I will "put my blog to sleep."

         πŸ’›

Blogger does not make this easy.  The only way I know of, is to make it Private.  Which includes an off-putting message that the person trying to read my blog, is no longer allowed to do so.

               πŸ’›

Obviously not the message I want to give!!!!!

                     πŸ’›

But I am telling you here, the reason I have to put my blog to sleep, and thus, you will know.

                    πŸ’›

Words can not express, how delightful it has been, to be a member of "Pretty Blog Land," as I always called it.   Nor can I express how Grateful I am to all my Dear Readers, for our interaction.

       πŸ’›

Love and Best Wishes to you all....

      πŸ’›

I'm sad to read this. I understand not having the time to blog, but I hate to see you completely gone. How about just leaving the blog as is, and even if you pop on every few months to let us know how you are?
However, it's your decision and I will miss you!

I’m back again. I miss you already!

Isn’t it amazing how we meet others on-line and they become part of our lives…

It is indeed difficult when we find ourselves being the primary care giver....but a blessing at the same time. I hope you have a lot of support and help. Take good care!

Oh so sorry to read this, but I do understand. I hope you can find time to read all these sweet comments from your readers and can visit our blogs when time allows. Please keep this open so I can go back and red your older posts...it seems I just "discovered" you!

I have to tell you, when I was so very sad about my son leaving for college - you gave me the best advice to help me through it. I've printed those words out and will always keep them: You said,

"Have a cry or sniffle, if you need to. No one says big changes have to be faced with iron will. But you will ease into this new phase of life. You will. You both will."

And it was sent with many, many gentle hugs from an 85 yer old Nana -
Oh I wish I had an 85 year old Nana! I lived with my grandmother until I was 10 and have so many wonderful memories, I'm not especially close to my mom, and I could sure use those words of wisdom when times get hard or sad.

Thanks again - sending hugs your way. Mary

I've been absent from blogland for a few days (not reading any blogs) but am glad I got to read this. It is so difficult caring for an ill spouse (I know, I did it for seven long years), so I totally understand your pulling back from here. Thanks for all the smiles you have given me since I found your blog (all those lovely pictures!).
Take care of your health and I am so glad you have sons to help you. All the best, and may you have all the strength you need to see you through the coming times.
Big hugz, Margaret xx

I am sad to see you go, but I can understand your reasons why. I, myself, have been absent for a while, so I'm glad I could leave a comment before you finally close things down.
Take care and look after yourself. Xx
