Our Granddaughter wore the necklace, which my husband gave to me, to wear, on our wedding day, way back in 1958.
I may be prejudiced but, isn't she beautiful?
Her hair was like "out of Faerie Land"...
The way he looks at her....
With her beautiful Mom...
With her handsome Dad, our son.
And another with her Dad.
And we are all so happy! They are both beautiful, handsome, and great people.
And.... The Bride and Groom... With us.

What lovely photos of beautiful and happy people. Loved this! Also, I've been reading back and am happy that your water problems have been resolved. We don't think about the blessing of clean water in our taps until we don't have it!
Wow, what a wonderful surprise. My fist thought was how beautiful she is. And how handsome your son is. And when I was scrolling thru the first few photos, I had thought they were from a romance T.V. show! Because the photos are so good and look like a movie! But best of all, I finally get to see YOU!! Will they be living close to you?
She is beautiful and her dress is amazing. Everyone looks so nice. Congratulations to the couple. You also look beautiful and SO happy. Thank you for sharing the pictures.

Lovely photo's and congratulations.
My Mother wore a blue and silver bracelet on her wedding day in 1938, I wore it, my two daughters and a DIL, my sister, her daughter and three DIL. Also grand daughters and great grand daughters have had it on their wrist when they were a bride.
Total brides as of today.....16 and one more will be added in October.
It takes care of "something borrowed, something blue, and something old".
The bracelet is in my safety deposit box as I am the "keeper" who makes sure each bride wears it.
The sweetest photos! Yes she is absolutely beautiful. I so enjoyed these photos. Wishing her and her husband a lifetime of happiness. The one of you and your hubby with this darling couple is a pure delight and you look so elegant. After reading your latest post, I am a little sad that we won't be seeing you in blogland but understand completely. I think we all know when it is time to stop blogging. Life needs to be taken care of and I will be wishing you love and a big hug always.
That last picture made me cry. Precious. You look wonderful. Love to you all xoxo
