💧
Began the New Year with a very large water main break.
-sigh-
It's a mess, living without usable water.
Goes to show, how fragile our modern existence is. And we never really consider it.
Some do. But very few.
Give a thought to all the conveniences, which we usually take for granted.

Oh no, I hope it's quickly resolved! What a way to begin the new year...
Sending hugs!! My aunt and uncle went through the same. No fun!
UGH! Been there and done that and no fun. I hope it gets fixed soon. smiles
Oh no, how awful for you both. I hope it gets fixed quickly.
You are so right in saying we take our conveniences for granted. Sometimes I think our 'average' lives are better than how kings lived aeons ago.

I'm so sorry! How long were you without water? Yes, when I lose water or electricity, I wonder how the pioneers ever survived!
Oh no!!
Nothing like losing water to appreciate it.
It is one of the things I'm always thankful for!!
Oh no! That is so awful. You're right, we don't handle life without those things well. I think of the amish with no electricty, pumps for water... If anything happens to those things, they know how to live without it.
Hope it's soon fixed.
So sorry I appreciate water each time I turn on a faucet. Hope it is a quick fix

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear this. I hope it can be quickly resolved. X
There is always something! Hopes for water system repair soon! Take care you two!
Oh oh...not good!!
Being without water is just awful! At least there is a lake in front of my place but I couldn't get down to dip a bucket if you paid me! The bathroom would be the most upsetting to lose water! Agree? It's raining now so some could be caught in the drainpipes! Ice cubes could be melted from the freezer. Hope you have a supply of paper plates, bowls and cups! Not funny, I know, but when this crisis is over you will be proud of how you handled the situation!
