A "Hot One" is forecast, for today. So it will be Tuna Salad and Stuffed Eggs for dinner. I am (finally) planning ahead, for what we will eat, according to the weather predictions.

Tuna salad and stuffed eggs sounds good! Did you know you can also chop hard boiled eggs and mix it into the tuna salad? It tastes really good! WOW, your header is STUNNING!!!! What a treat for my eyes when I first saw it. It is 100 here now!!!

Ha! Now I understand your ice cream comment! You posted about this special day! How many times did I hear that little jingle growing up as a child? Do kids still know that? I'll have to ask my little granddaughters if they do. I asked their mother recently what I could send them to help entertain them during this time at home and she said not to send any "stuff". I thought that was so funny! Instead she asked for treat money for them for Snow Cones at their special place and I loved the photos she sent of the girls enjoying those cones.
Your old pictures are fabulous! I kind of expect that I'm somewhere in them too as it was my time. By the way, I ordered the first book in the mystery series you recommended and it came Saturday! I have two other books to finish first but I already read the first page and know that I will like it so thank you!

We sure got excited about the ice cream truck coming in our neighborhood! And guess what! In our 55+ community the ice cream truck comes on Thursday nights! He parks over in a parking lot near us and people walk or ride in their golf carts to get a treat. Costs a little more now though! lol Enjoy your day! It's HOT here!
