Yesterday's time on the telephone, worked well. And we got my husband's floor reading lamp, for den, put together. The old one was soooooo old and died. Had to get new one. Our Grand Daughter and her True Love, picked it up for us, so we would not have to go in the store.
After living other places, and searching for the best place to settle down, they finally decided on HERE. -smile- Changed jobs. Bought a house. It's one of those delightful outcomes, which are so nice, when/if they happen. And it did...
My husband even got his newspaper, this morning!!!!! And it is obviously our usual delivery woman, back on the job again. Because she leaves the paper, right by garage door. He just has to open the door, and pick it up. No slipping and sliding down the driveway, to find it! Hooray!!!!
And Mari, I know, we do not want the blizzard, which you are getting.. Just what is normal and natural for us.

What glorious images today!! We are to get snow this evening as well.
Thanks for your sweet comments and blogging friendship. well, we got another 4 more inches and it's still snowing. I have no plans on going outside today, although I did want to go over to my barn and sew . . . just don't feel like shoveling my way there, LOL.
Hoping you get your snow and ours melts away :)
Everything is working out!
How nice that your granddaughter picked up the lamp for you. : )
We are getting snow right now. :)
Hope the snow is easy on you!
Yay.. lots of good news for you today, including snow.
I love the looks of a winter wonderland but I really do not like the temperatures that come with it. We did get some snow yesterday. It's too dark to see if any more fell during the night but at dusk it appeared we got an inch and everything was covered. The street looked a mess and we were just thankful DH doesn't have to be out in that kind of mess anymore. The one good thing out of this pandemic is gave DH the opportunity to become a full-time remote employee which we're loving! I hope you are able to keep cosy warm while you enjoy the wintry landscape outside your window this morning. Thanks for dropping by my little humble niche in Blogosphere yesterday. Have a blessed day!
Thank goodness my VERY old lamps still function. We got a little snow here this morning. Pretty to see but not as lovely as the images you have posted today, but close!
