Do you "know" LUCIA?????
When our daughter was in her teens, I read about "Make Way For Lucia" and got it for her. Of course, I read it myself and came under 'Lucia's' spell. And I still am.

The first 'half' of the book is set in one English town, and the second half, is set in another. In the second half, she encounters 'Miss Mapp'.
This is the first tv adaptation, which I love, and am able to see again, with Britbox. (Dear
Ginny asked the cost of Britbix... $7 a month) Have yet to watch the more recent tv adaptation. So can't judge that...

'Back in the day' as the saying goes, I was on a net group, of lovers of all-things-'Lucia'.... Those in the UK would sometimes meet up. I couldn't do that, but it was great fun. Would love to find something like that, on the Net, again. Must Search! π

Soooooo, if you have read "Lucia" books, or seen the tv adaptations, please tell me!!!!!!!

I have not heard of them! But I love almost all the British shows. It is very tempting to get Britbox!
